Announcing the 2006 Sammi AwardsThis year's theme: “Generations” Nominations will be open until December 15, 2005. Again this year, there will be nine categories of nominations: Arts; Business; Courage; Learning Promotion; Unsung Hero; Youth Advocate; Trevor Price Children's Award; Teen Challenge Award and The Spirit of Sammamish. Find nomination forms on the website or at Mail Post. You can also request a form by mail addressed to: Sammi Awards, 704 228 th Ave NE PMB #291, Sammamish , WA 98074 . Our annual DC's Grill fundraiser this year will be on Wednesday October 12 th . A percentage of all monies spent on dinner that evening will be donated to the Sammi Awards. It's a great way to support the continuation of the Sammi's and also find out more about the awards. The 2006 Sammi Awards Kick Off Meeting will be held on Wednesday October 19 th at the Knolls Apartments (across from Tully's off Inglewood Hill Road ) at 7:00pm.
