Ashwood Commons Roof Topping Party

On Friday September 30th Su Development celebrated the topping out of the tower in the first phase of their Ashwood Commons project, also known as 989 elements. The first phase of the mixed use project includes a 23 story residential tower, containing 170 apartment units, including studios, one and two bedroom and penthouse suites. According to plans the project will open in Spring of 2006 and preleasing will begin this fall.

The 23 story residential tower at Ashwood Commons will contain 170 apartment units and be open in Spring of 2006.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The first phase of the Ashwood Commons project will contain 18,000 square feet of retail space with a lower level parking garage.
