EvergreenBank Hires Stan Miner and Ning Aroonvaragron

EvergreenBank has hired Stan Miner as vice president and commercial relationship manager and Ning Aroonvaragron as internal audit manager, President and CEO Gerry Hatler recently announced.    

An 18-year veteran of the banking industry, Miner specializes in commercial lending and marketing.  Prior to joining EvergreenBank, he was vice president and commercial lending officer at NorthStar Bank.  Miner also served as assistant vice president of commercial real estate lending at Washington First International Bank.  Miner earned an M.B.A. with concentrations in finance and marketing from the University of Washington .  Currently, Miner is an active member of the Seattle-International District Rotary Club, serving as president from 2002-2003. 

Aroonvaragron brings more than seven years of diversified experience in auditing, accounting, and finance to EvergreenBank.  In her new position, Aroonvaragron will work directly with the Board of Directors of EvergreenBank, managing outsourced internal audits, serving as primary liaison for CPA financial statement audits and for regulatory exams, as well as coordinating audit and compliance activities throughout the company. Aroonvaragron has earned a master's degree in finance from Seattle University .
